PSC conducts the public hearings on compliance with government’s 30 day payment period to service providers

The Public Service Commission (PSC) will be conducting the public hearings with relevant stakeholders on compliance with government’s 30 day payment period to service providers at the national level. The public hearings will provide an overview of the challenges experienced in the payment of service providers where government functions have been outsourced. The hearings will also create a forum for proper consultation and public participation with relevant stakeholders with regard to government’s outsourced services.
