The Public Service Commission (PSC) and the Moral Regeneration Movement (MRM) entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on 21 July 2016. A Panel Discussion will follow the address by the key-note speaker. The panellists will include Professor Richard Levin, Principal of the National School of Government (NSG) who will reflect on the role of the NSG in building ethical leadership towards a developmental state whilst Dr Tshenuwani Farisani, Chairperson of Safer South Africa, will touch on the role of civil society in the promotion of ethical leadership.
